Shipping

We are happy to ship in the United States!  (Other countries will be added at a later date).

Typical shipping times are between 2-5 days of order. 

Some items can be backorder with a 3-4 week delivery time.  If you have questions about this, please contact us at: hello @ appelblom.com

Custom order deliveries will be determined depending on the amount of work on each piece.

We usually ship with FedEx or UPS.  These services allow us to ship your item safely and securely.  We add insurance to the box and request a signature for all deliveries.

 

Returns and exchanges

Appelblom Jewelry Company gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Appelblom Jewelry can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

At Appelblom Jewelry Company, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee so that you can make sure your purchase is just right.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry.


*If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 14 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship.


Similarly, if you plan on picking up your ring from our San Mateo showroom, our 14 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.
